Diet and acne are not scientifically proved to alter or affect each other. But my logic says, which I am sure you will also agree is that a good diet means a good health and a good health means a good skin quality and a happy mind and this in turn means an acne free life. Because a main cause behind acne is stressed out body and mind and bad or uncared skin quality.
So all in all, if you take care of your diet then in the long run the acne problem can be fought. Agreed that diet will not bring immediate relief to acne problem but it will surely help in the long run and our aim should be to avoid acne in future and prevent it from recurring.

Some Don’ts of good diet are – don’t eat junk food and avoid preserved or canned food. Eat fresh cooked food if possible. Exercise daily and take proper diet and see the wonders it does to your skin and your acne problems.
